We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I have wordpress datetime set to display H:i:s and I am using mySql DateTime field type in tables/charts which are Y-m-d H:i:s:(fractional seconds)
I need to resolve time down to nearest 1 second, or preferably 0.1 second, however tables and charts only allow display to nearest minute.
How do I change this so that I can report data to 0.1 second ?
Hi Mark
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately this cannot be done by modifying date time settings. You can try using the string type column to add values like that.
Do let us know if you need any further assistance.
I am using standard mysql function date_format and syntax to generate %Y-%m-%d %H:%i:%s.%f date/time string.
however your plugin always removes the seconds and fractions element.
Please provide a fix, or advise a workaround.
Hi Mark
wpDT currently has only two time formats - 12-hour and 24-hour format; no seconds.
It would have to be added by code so if you would like to see this implemented in one of our future releases please take the time to leave your suggestion following this link so it would go directly to our developers.
The only workaround for now is using the string type column to add values like that as I suggested before.
Do let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.
