We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Good day,
Is there a possibilty to add a rule prior to assign an apointment to an employee? Thanks for your feedback.
Kind regards,
Bote
Good day, Bote
thank you for the kind inquiry.
What kind of rule did you had in mind? Our backend is currently unable to customize adding such fields, however, if you could provide more details, I would be able to maybe make a suggestion.
Good day Ivana,
One of our services is a Foursent Dog Walker service where local dog walkers only wants to walk within a certain postal code. When we have a new registered customer on Wordpress we would like to connect the customer with the assigned employee of the postal code. Could you help me with that?
Kind regards,
Bote
Good day, Bote!
Thank you for contacting back.
I see; unfortunately at the moment, Amelia features don't have an option to match by postal code currently.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
Oh that's too bad. Do you may be have a tip to solve this problem? Can this problem be solved with coding?
Hello Bote,
The only thing I can suggest is creating separate locations for separate zip codes.
For example zip code 12345, you create a location 12345, and within it add a service of walking that will have employees who only do the walks in this zip code.
In this way, when your client enters the booking, under Location, they will see a list of zip codes to choose from; and see which one is theirs or closest to them. When they pick a zip code, it will offer the service that will be done only by employees who walk in that particular zip code.
@Ivana,
Could you tell me where I could create the location?
Kind regards,
Bob
Hi Bote,
thank you for contacting back!
It's in Amelia > Location (or Amelia > Places).
