In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi i contact you because we have an issue, The plugin stopped working on our website for no reason. It dissapeared from our plugin extension dashboard. When we want to upload it, we have a message saying the folder already exist and nothing happen....
We made setting for our customers i hope we will not lose our data.
One more thing when i connect to https://store.tms-plugins.com/user/purchases and when i clic on manage domain, i removed the domain but i cannot add any domain anymore....

I apologize for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.
It looks like a conflict between Amelia and some other plugin.
Please deactivate all other plugins, refresh the page and try again. If it helps, you should start activating plugins one by one until you find the one that causes issues.
If it doesn't help, please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login, so we can investigate the issue from the inside. You can post the credentials as a private reply to this ticket, then no one else will be able to see them except for us.

Our developer said that some scripts were missing, which caused the issue.
He renamed the old plugin folder and uploaded the WP dashboard 3.0.2 version again. Now it works.
Please test and confirm that.
