We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi, email confirmations are not sent out to any bookings made on our website. I tried both from the website and from Amelia plugin (in WP dashboard). 

    I checked many times in Notification Setting (setting tab) and Notification tabs. Nothing seems to get the notification email out. 

    I also tried both SMTP and WP email. They both don't work when I did the test bookings.

    The same happens with [ameliacustomerpanel], no emails sent out when I tried on the website.

    The only email notification that works is "send test email" in the notification tab. 

    It's urgent, please help.

    Hi, Thesis!

    I apologize for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.

    I saw you opened another ticket with the same question and my colleague is already working on it.

    We ask our customers to avoid opening multiple tickets for the same issue since it affects the order in which we work and our speed as well. 

    I will close this ticket, so you will be able to keep on fixing the issue on the other one.

    However, if you have more questions, please open a new ticket and we will gladly help you out.
