I know it's possible to export the data to a .csv file, but the data from a customer is always in one cell. Is it possible to export the data into a format that each piece of data (e.g. name, email) has its own cell in a row? It makes sorting the data a lot easier.

Unfortunately, it is not possible with Amelia's built-in features at the moment. However, our developers are already working on it and, hopefully, it will be available in one of the coming updates.
You can also speed the process up by submitting a request on our website.
