    Hello,

    I have one customer, she booked a fitnessclass Flatrate for 4 weeks. In packages I tiped in 4 weeks and for all services which are included I tiped in 4 times. 
    But she was able to book more appointments. 

    So she booked the packages on the 07.Februar. Normally the ending would be 06.march. But she could book a date on the 15. march without a notice that she cant take part when she dont book a new flatrate. 

    What do I have to tipe in that this cant be happen?

    I apologize for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.

    Can you please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login, the name of the Package, and the URL to the page with Ameli where we can book this Package. We have to see these settings and check what could go wrong from the inside.

    You can post the credentials as a reply to this ticket, just make sure you choose the private mode, so no one else can see them except for us.
