We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Adding a loading spinner on the appointment list page

    Hello, I would like to suggest if you guys can add a loading spinner page on the appointment booking list because this page is very slow to load. I know improving the loading time may be very difficult, but adding a spinner to let users know something is still loading should be a better way, in my case, my server locates in San Francisco, when I  try to load the list in the US. It also takes such a long loading time. I guess some of my clients distributed in other countries would take an unendurable time. Thanks :)

    thank you for using Amelia, and for the kind suggestion!

    I see; this would be convenient in order for the client to know that the page is not non responsive, but that a loading process is ongoing. It would ease the wait knowing that something is processing in the background.

    I will forward the suggestion to the developers; may I also kindly ask you to submit it to us as well trough the Feature Request page? We have created it in order to know the needs and ideas our client have for future updates that will make business running more efficient and easier!
