Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

I have installed WPDataTables in Wordpress. When I go to the settings option, it pulls up the page, but it isn't formatted correctly. Everything is in one long column, and nothing is where it should be. There are no drop-down boxes. Where drop-down boxes should exist, all the options are displayed beneath. Nothing accepts input, not even the buttons at the bottom. At the bottom of the screen, it just says "error" with a "Close" button and an "X" underneath it. It then says
You are about to cancel creating wizard, there is no undo! You will be redirect to Browse page.
No, Continue Yes, Cancel
None of the buttons work. I have not connected it to a database yet. The browser I am using is Brave, but I have tried Chrome and Edge. I would really like to try this software out before purchasing it. Of course, I won't commit to purchasing unless I know I can get it up and running.
Hi Tim
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you please download the plugin from our store and install it again. From what we see the CSS files are missing so this should fix the issue. If the issue persists please try changing your theme or deactivate other plugins you might have one by one until you find the one that is creating this conflict with our plugin.
Do let us know if this helped.
Thank you, Blaženka. Disabling the plugin called "WPIDe" appeared to have fixed the problem.
You are most welcome
Glad that we solved the issue.
If you have any more issues or questions feel free to open a new ticket, we will gladly help.
