We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hi support, i want to know if there is the possibility to list all elements inside the dropdown filter element. Actually i see only 9 elements. I attach the screen.

I hope it's not necessary to buy the license again.

    Thanks in advance,

    Andrea

If I understand correctly you would like to set a predefined value for this dropdown?

You can set the desired value in the Data tab, after that navigate to the Filtering tab and choose which predefined value you would like to set.

Your table will be filtered based on this value on load.

Do let me know if this helps.

    Hi,

no i think there is a misunderstanding.

The client should be able to see a "No selection" word above the list (now i see only the flag with no word associate with it).

Is it possible to associate a word in order to clean the filter column?

    Thanks  in advance,

    Andrea

Oh I see, I apologize for the misunderstanding.

You can set what you would like to be displayed if no selection is made by setting a Filter label, so the wording you type in will be displayed until another selection is made.

This will not show up in the dropdown menu as an option however, but you can include a button to clear the filters which would be used to clear all selection.

I noticed that when I filter by a column value and then contextually i want to filter also using another column value in this second column i see all the values and not only the result from my first filter.

For example if i have two column, one about gender and one about name, if i choose female in the column of gender i expect to find only female names in the menu of the column of name.

How can I enable it in my filter page?

    Thanks in advance,

    Andrea
