Hi,
I am trying to connect zoom with my Amelia plugin.
I was able to add users in my zoom account, and to create the zoom app and copy/past the key codes in the Zoom section in Amelia settings page.
But now, when I go in the employees section, if I open one employee card I receive an error alert and I can find no data in the "Zoom user" option . See attached images.
Can you please help me?

This is related to the Zoom's credentials in Amelia Settings/Integrations/Zoom. If you delete them, the employee's profile screen would work fine.
So, you need to double check your credentials in https://marketplace.zoom.us/ from the JWT app. If they are incorrect, issues like this will appear.

I can only remote into your website (if you're willing to provide me admin credentials), so I can use my Zoom credentials, which I know work 100%.
If I get it to work using my credentials, it's definitely bound to that, but if it fails to work for me as well, we've got a bug we're not aware of.
When you paste your credentials, make sure to enable the PRIVATE response, like you did in your last reply, so they are not visible to anyone but us.
