For a beauty salon, I'm creating a website. My client wants an appointment calendar with which:
- customers can search for services in a dropdown of categories with treatments: category 1 eyebrows > microblading, powderbrows,... category 2: lashes > lashlift,... (So 4 categories in total which contain multiple treatments)
- customers can select multiple services: for example: someone wants to book an appointment for her eyebrows: microblading and she wants to get waxed on her legs and face.
- Every treatment has its own duration (waxing takes 30min, microblading 3h) so if a customer wants to book an appointment for waxing and microblading, the calendar needs to offer timeslots for 3h30min on the days possible of which the customer can choose to book
- the calendar needs to be synced with a google calendar mentioning first the category then the kind of treatment
- the synced calendar needs to work both ways, if the beauty salon schedules for example a long lunch break in its google calendar, no client should be able to book an appointment via the website on that timeslot
Is this all possible with your calendar? And at what price?
Yes, there is a dropdown where a customer can choose a Category. When a category is chosen, it will open new options where they can choose a Service from that Category (or go back to browse other categories). In this case treatments are Services.
Unfortunately, Amelia must have separate time slots for separate treatments / Services. However, you can add smaller services (waxing) to bigger services (microblading), as Extras. Extra service within a service is optional; if a customer selects microblading 3h, and clicks on Extra for legs & face waxing of 30 minutes, in that same window before proceeding to book an appointment, they will get an extended service of 3h 30min. The rest of your appointments will automatically rearrange to adapt to this extended treatment.
Yes we do have an integration with Google Calendar, and you can find out more about it here.
Breaks of an employee depend from yourself and an employee (if you enabled them to adjust their own working time trough Roles Settings. You can allow them to adjust their breaks, and the available appointments will rearrange accordingly (booking cannot be made while employee is on the break).
You can see our licences, and their pricing on the offer page.
Please note that the Packages of Service does not go with the Basic licence: however, "Packages of Service" refers to a single feature. Via Packages, you can combine multiple services, and even discount them, to offer them as a "bulk" to your clients.Within Packages, you can choose which Services you'd like to join, how many appointments will a client have available to book (example: 3 appointments in the span of one month for each service), and even choose whether there will be a discount or not for the Package of Services.
There no unavailable services in Basic licence, only Package that enables you to offer services together with a discount.
I hope that you will find this information helpful!
