We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
We have purchased Amelia Booking Plugin and configured it on our website but the email Notifications, Customize, Finance and Customers tabs not working and showing blank pages.
We are using amelia on our WordPress website but having an issue with notifications that we can't edit and save additional email short-codes.
Please check here in the below snapshot
Hi, Zahra!
Thank you for choosing Amelia.
Could you please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login, so we can investigate the issue from the inside.
You can post credentials as a reply to this ticket, just make sure you use private reply mode, so no one else will be able to see them.
Best Regards.
Hi Liza, Following up on the above please
Liz yes we resolved that but can you please check we are having an issue with notifications that we can't edit and save additional email short-codes.
Please check I attached a snapshot.
In addition we are able to do the booking settings but we are trying to limit the no of lessons a person can book based on what he paid. Can you please let me know if I can do that?
Zahra,
I'm glad to know the issue was resolved.
I'm not sure I understand what you mean by additional shortcode. There's a list of email placeholders </> Show Email Placeholders, you can copy the placeholders by clicking on them and then paste them into the email templates. If it's not what you're looking for, then I need you to clarify the question.
Unfortunately, there's no feature that would allow you to set booking limits for your customers. I see on your website that you offer a particular number of classes for a fixed price. This can be achieved with a Package feature (you can find more information here). Please note this feature is available for Pro and Developer licenses.
Best Regards.
Liz,
We downloaded the PRO version but facing the following issues.
When we had the basic version we were able to adjust time manually for repeating appointments however we couldnot limit the time booking was made. This was the main thing we wanted to do.
Now that we have the Pro version and established a package for 4 classes how can I allow the customer to book the repeating booking? I donot see that option here in the PRO version.
My main concern is that they are able to make the 4 lessons booking they paid for in the calendar. Please advise.
hello I am following up on this? Its been 2 days
Hi, Zahra!
I apologize for the delayed response.
Unfortunately, with Packages, you can only set their duration and number of appointments. It's not possible to make appointments from the packages recurring. So, if you include 4 appointments in a Package available for a month, for example, then your customers will be able to pick any free time slots within this time.
However, we are always looking for ideas on how to make Amelia better. So if you have a couple of minutes, please suggest this feature on our website.
Best Regards.
