We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Today all my bookings and most of my services disappeared.
    I need help as soon as possible. It was all fine and 15 minutes later irealize that all is missing. I did nothing with amelia during that time.

    It turns out when a client books it gets assigned the admin email of wordpress and when i log in, amelia greets me as the client and tahts why i cant see any bookings, i deleted the amelia customer user of that client and all works now, still dont understand why that happens

    thank you for reaching out!

    Exactly, you didn't change anything, I understand.

    Before booking as a customer, you need to log out of your WP admin account. If you don't do so, then there is a conflict between the accounts and you cannot see any of the bookings, because you are recognized as a Customer.

    If you don't want to log out of your WP admin, you can just open a Private / Incognito window on your browser and make a booking as a client.

    In this way this will not repeat.
