We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hey :)
I'm having an issue with my Amelia plugin that seems like a bug, I want to know what I can do to fix the issue. When I go to the Services tab and create a new Category, the Category does not save if I go to another tab. Also, when I try creating a new Service, it doesn't show any of my employees in the employees dropdown, so I cannot save the new Service. Please let me know if there's something I can do on my end to resolve this, thanks!
Hi, Michael!
Thank you for choosing Amelia.
It seems like you tested bookings being logged in as Admin, therefore your Amelia roles got mixed and now you have some restrictions.
You should add a new Admin user with a new email address and try to add Categories/Services under this user.
Please note that we recommend to use incognito mode and an email address that is not connected to any of the existing users for test bookings.
Hope that will help.
Best Regards.
Hi Liza,
I tried adding a new Admin user to WordPress while in Incognito mode and then signed in as that user and it still would not let me add employees or services. Let me know if there's anything else I can try!
Thanks
Just to give an update, we get the following notice in error logs
02-Mar-2021 20:12:16 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined index: SERVER_NAME in /home/customer/www/members-5amworkouts.fitnessmarketingmachine.net/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/src/Infrastructure/WP/InstallActions/AutoUpdateHook.php on line 166
Hi, Michael!
This issue can be caused by a conflict with another plugin (especially cashing one).
Please deactivate all other plugins and try to add Employees/Services under the new Admin user.
If it doesn't work, please provide us with temporary WP Admin access and FTP credentials so our developers will be able to log in and investigate the issue from the inside.
You can post the credentials as a reply to this ticket, just make sure you use private mode.
We don't interfere with any data except for the plugin and, of course, we don't provide login details to a third party.
Best Regards.
