We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

The plugin was working until I tried to customise the styling.

The background style would't update so I logged in / out

Now the booking process on the front end is broken.  It shows the calendar before the service is selected and it's full width.

In the console there are errors (see attached) which look like the css file is a problem.

Attached is also an example of the layout.
Something has just stopped working correctly since trying to customise the colours. I also get the error message "Request failed with error 500" every time I try to save any changes on Amelia.

WP in general works fine, as does the website - it's just Amelia that has the 500 error!

I've deactivated, deleted, reactivated, cleared cache etc to try to fix this.

    Hi, Samantha!

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

I'm sorry that you faced this issue.

Please go to Amelia -> Customize, click on "Reset", and then on "Save". It should resolve the issue. If it doesn't help, please disable all other plugins, refresh the page with Amelia and see if it worked (the issue can be caused by a conflict with another plugin).

Do you use SG Optimizer plugin by any chance? If so, it could cause a conflict between Amelia and SG Optimizer. Please exclude the pages with Amelia forms from SG Optimizer settings.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
