Although I cant open any page in the backend. Its not loading. No Appointments, no dashboard, no employees nothing.
I think it had something to do with the PHP Limit. So I renew my question:
In the past I organized my fitnessclasses via events. I didnt delete old classes.
Now I work with appointments. I although dont delete old appointments.
Please tell me what can I do to have less PHP?
I cancelt old events now and deledet old events than it worked again. What do I have to delete that I dont get the problem again?
Hi Vivien,
thank you for reaching out.
I have checked; this could happen due to multiple factors, such as hosting, server capacity, amount of data that you have, etc.
Yes, you can try increasing the limit in php.ini (if you are unable to find this file, please reach out to your hosting provider). This should prevent the "clogging" of data for the future, however, as I said, there are a few factors that could cause this to happen sometimes.
