We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

My website was workinf perfectly with Amelia until some weeks ago.

I had a hacker attack and after solving it, some features of Amelia are not working. For example "booking" shortcode works fine but "cataloge" shortcode doesn´t.

I have also noticed that some settings are not available. It says:

"This is a feature available in the full version"

but I have my purchase code configured, so I do not understand the message.

    Can you help?

    Thanks

    Hi, Alvaro!

    I'm sorry to hear that.

Please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login, so we will be able to investigate the issue from the inside.

You can add the credentials as a private reply to this ticket or even attach them in a file (also in a private mode). So no one else will see them.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi, Alvaro!

    Thank you for the credentials.

I assume somehow Amelia reverted to the Lite version.

Therefore, please reinstall the purchased version and activate it using the code.

    How to reinstall Amelia:

Please check if the option Delete plugin tables is disabled in Amelia -> Settings -> Activation before upgrading the plugin manually (it is disabled by default, but just in case).

    1) Download the zip from our store

    2) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins

    3) Delete existing ameliabooking folder

    4) Upload previously downloaded ameliabooking folder through FTP to plugins folder (unzip it)

    5) Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section

    6) Deactivate Amelia Plugin, and then activate it again

    7) Clear server and browser cache

    Hope that will help.

    Best Regards.
