We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I've looked at the demos, but haven't found what I'm looking for:
-If employee X doesn't work all the same shifts from week to week, how do you set it up? For example in the first week he works Monday morning, in the next week he works Monday afternoon. How can this kind of availability be entered?
Hi, Francesco!
Thank you for your interest in Amelia.
In this case, the Employee's schedule can be set through Specia days. Or, if the schedule reoccurs (let's say on odd and even weeks), it can be set both ways: for odd weeks you can use Working hours and for even weeks you can set Special days. For example:
It's a bit time-consuming since you have to set Special days manually, but at least it allows Employees to have a flexible schedule.
If you have any other questions, please let us know.
Best Regards.
is there any way to upload the days via CVS or similar?
Hi, Francesco!
Unfortunately, at the moment it's only possible to export files from Amelia but not to import them to it.
If you have any other questions, please let us know.
Best Regards.
