Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
We are looking to have two types of customers book time slots on the same calendar. Customer A wants to book slots without paying (we are invoicing them monthly). Customer B is anyone else that wants to book slots. Customer B will pay with a credit card. Do you have a way for customer A to book appointments easily without having to use a dummy credit card or enter a coupon code? Can the plugin recognize certain users and allow payment to be bypassed for these specific users?
Hi Matt,
thank you for taking interest in Amelia.
I do have a solution for you:
Enable the following payment gateways:
On site option means that a customer will pay for the appointment when they arrive to your company to have the service provided. When On Site is chosen by Customer A, they will not be asked to pay for anything immediately (or later - Amelia "assumes" they will pay to you in person on the day of arrival to their appointment).
So, by having Customer A choose On Site, they will not pay during booking, and you can invoice them later.
You can add a Custom Field (Amelia > Customize > Custom Field) Text Content, that will state that On Site is Invoicing Payment to make it easier for your customers.
