The credit card fields (number, expiry, cvc) in the the event booking panels are disappearing after a certain time and only reappear after clearing the Swift Performance cache.
I have set the strings amelia and wpamelia as content parts to exclude from caching, but this doesn't solve the issue.
I've had the last screen of the booking page opened for the last hour, and the fields never disappeared. Our developer did the same thing, for about 20 minutes, and they never disappeared.
I'm not sure if this is an issue with Stripe and caching of the page, but you can try disabling cache for this entire page, see if that helps.
thanks, oh, no wonder, I already have disabled caching for the page due to my client's protest – it helps, but it's not desirable at all because two Amelia booking parts already slow down the page quite a lot (this is an issue anyway, also on another site I have built with Amelia; is there a way to speed it up?).
Imho I don't think it's a Stripe issue, since it's Amelia that provides the interface?
If there are some changes in this script, that could be causing the issue, although this shouldn't be the case. I'm not sure if anything specific is being set in that script, though. The condition is being duplicated, so we're not sure why the fields are disappearing.
Amelia uses a few admin-ajax calls, but if you don't have a lot of data, it shouldn't be slow. Slow loading times usually happen due to bad server performance, low hosting plan, a lot of data on the page, or in Amelia.

The payment method is Stripe.
Looking forward to learn how to solve this.
Best,
Lukas

Hi again Lukas
Can you create another page (not accessible to public), where you would enable caching, so our developers can take a look and see what's going on?
We're using this:
