We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
On a customer's website we have several employees, each with their own Google Calendar (some employees have the same Google Calendar).
The customer administrators of the website have an account with wpamelia-manager as user role. Before adding the Google Calendar, they could see the data of employee X, but after adding the agenda, the loading icon remains and they will no longer see any data from that employee.
As the root administrator I can still see the data of every employee with or without Google Calendar, as soon as I delete a Google Calendar from an employee, the customer administrators can see the data of the employee again.
Attached is a screenshot of the loading screen that the customer administrator gets when clicking on an employee after connecting to a Google Calendar.
The capabilities of wpamelia-manager have been extended with some rights for custom post types, but the rights for within amelia are only the following:
no rights for finance, locations, notifications & events.
Thanks in advance,
kind regards,
Arne
The screenshot attached is what's in the console of the browser after opening an employee associated with Google Calendar.
Hello Arne,
We can't reproduce this on our testing website, unfortunately, the Amelia Manager WP User sees the employees in Amelia in the same way, whether they are connected to Google calendar or not. Could you please tell me have you tried with a new WP user with the Amelia Manager role , do they have the same behavior - can't see employees properly?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look. Also, send us credentials of this WP user with the Amelia Manager role.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
