I programmed Amelia to only allowing bookings with a 24 hour notice.
Minimum time required: 1 Day
Minimum time to cancel/reschedule: 1hr
Amelia is still allowing appointments before 24hrs. I tried changed the minimum to 3 days and there was no change. It worked 2 weeks ago, not sure why it’s not working now.

This option can be set for all services all together in Amelia -> Settings -> General, and for each service separately . So please check if the options are set in the same way you configured them in General settings for each service separately, when you open/edit the service on the Services page under the Settings tab you will see these options in General.
