    Hi,

When my customers pay via Stripe and then I go to Strip dashboard to see the payment, I do not see any customer information like the email. Therefore it is difficult to identify what payment comes from what customer.

Is this something to do with the integration between Amelia and Stripe or am I doing something wrong. For other plugins I have that I use Stripe for payments I can see the customer email with the transaction.

I do direct payment with strip from Amelia, I do not use the woocommerce integration.

    Thanks,

    G

    Hi, Guillermo!

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

Amelia data can be sent to Stripe as MetaData or Description: you can see this option below the payment methods in Amelia -> Settings -> General.

You should add suitable placeholders for the information you want to be sent from Amelia to Stripe to these fields.  You can find the placeholders on the Amelia -> Notifications page. So, you copy/paste the placeholders from there to these Metadata/description fields, and you’ll have this information transferred to Stripe.

If you have any other questions, please let us know.

    Best Regards.
