    Hello cristian

Please note that we do not speak Spanish, so make sure to translate your future responses. Google translate can't be correctly used since a lot can be lost in the translation. I'll quote them

    1. I don't understand what you mean by this:

It does not allow you to make the reservation on the same day of the appointment, we have reviewed and changed the minimum reservation time but the same problem continues to appear.

If appointments are short enough to fit multiple appointments in employee's working hours, you can book more than one. You cannot book more than one appointment at the same time with the same employee unless you configure the maximum capacity of the service to be more than one.

    2. Telephone numbers cannot be displayed in the backend customers tab, you must go to reservations to see this information.

If your customers didn't enter their phone number the first time they booked an appointment, it will not be saved, so you will need to add it manually. If the phone field is mandatory, it will be saved for every new customer.

    3. In some services, when a client is going to book on the frontend, different times appear from the time that was configured on the backend. This is save because if a client books, the time would not coincide with the actual time of the appointment.

Issues like this can occur if your WordPress site is set to be in a different time zone. Since Amelia doesn't have any time zone settings, it inherits the time zone from WordPress. If your time zone is in UTC+/- format, please change it by selecting the city near you. Also, please check if you enabled "Show bookings in customer's time zone" in Amelia's General settings.

If you are in a different time zone than your WordPress site is, and you've enabled this option, the times on front-end will show available time slots in your time zone, which will be the time you set in back-end +/- the time difference (depending on where you are in regards to the time zone set in WordPress' General settings).

    Kind Regards,

    3. I already corrected the time zone in WP settings but now I get 2 different times when making the reservation, one correct time and another false time. I don't know why, please I need help, my customers can get confused when making the reservation.

    Hi again cristian

This is what I see when I check your website:

So, for "Dancehall" Service, available time on March 16th is from 11:10  PM - 12:10 AM. I am in CET (UTC+1). What do you see in back-end?

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.

You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

cristian, what you're saying should not be possible.

Can you please show me in a few screenshots what you mean?

I'm logging into your website, and I can see correct times in back-end:

And, since you've disabled "Show bookings in client's time zone" on front-end as well:

As far as I can see, there's nothing to solve here - the plugin is working fine.
