We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
i'm trying to add a customer's wordpress profile to an event through the backend but when i click on the list, no names come up.
it just gives me a, "no matching data" message
i've tried with several users names as well as emails and can't pull it up.
Hello Raul
The plugin is looking for Amelia's Customers, not WordPress users.
So, if there's no customer linked to that email address, you will need to add him/her. Go to Amelia/Customers, and add a new customer, link the customer to this WordPress user, and that's it.
Please note, though, that in order to link a customer with an existing WordPress user, that user needs to have "Amelia Customer" user role. If it's any other user role it would not be seen. So, if the user has another user role, you can install "User Role Editor" plugin, which will allow you to assign multiple roles to the user (Amelia Customer). After you assign this role, you will be able to link the customer to the WordPress user.
Please refer from adding multiple roles to an Administrator, as that can cause issues with the plugin.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
