    Hello,

We are running Amelia with Learndash, Astra theme and there seem to be 2 separate logins. One for Wordpress and the other for Amelia. How can we set it so that if the customer is logged into wordpress they will also be logged into Amelia without the prompt to login on the Amelia customer panel page.

Also we have noticed that Amelia customer panel has a separate profile page but when the customer updates this the main wordpress profile remains not updated. Is there a way to link the 2 or alternatively turn the view profile option off for Amelia.

    Thanks,

    Hi, Joel!

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

If Amelia Customers have a WordPress login, they can access the Panel with the same credentials. In order to set it this way, you have to connect your Customers with WP Users in the back-end of Amelia: go to Amelia -> Customers -> Edit Customer and connect them to WP users. Please note that these WP users need to have Amelia Customer user role in WP -> Users.

The other way that Amelia customers can be connected to a WP user, would be if they book an appointment while logged in to the back-end of WordPress, and the option Automatically create Amelia Customer user is enabled in Amelia -> Settings -> Roles settings -> Customer.

Regarding profile synchronization: unfortunately, at the moment there's no option to sync Customer panel and WP profile. However, we are always looking for ideas on how to make Amelia better. So if you have a couple of minutes, please suggest this feature on our website. The most requested features will be implemented in the coming updates.

We would be glad to answer any other questions you may have.

    Best Regards.
