We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

making a calender booking for rentals that will be longer than 23 hrs

    Hey,

    Im getting the amelia plug in all figured out and I'm stuck on creating a "service" that will allow multiple days for a rental as it appears its fixed on 23hr maximum allowance.


    Please let me know options to move forward

    Thank you for your purchase. 

    There isn't a possibility of creating services longer than 23h30min in AMelia with its current built-in features, unfortunately. The employees' work hours are on a daily basis and the max service duration is a day, so the longest appointment/service that could be booked in Amelia is 24 hours (23h30min exactly). There isn't a possibility of booking two or more days at once, unfortunately. 

    You can check out the Events feature , if it could fit your needs, but it has different options/possibilities than services.

    Hello Phil, 

    Events are created for specific dates/times, and you can create them to last several days.
