We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
1) In the Category View, can i limit the categories shown to just a few selected categories? For example, https://thesnuggery.com.sg/amelia-book-daycare/ I just want to show Daycare services (Daycare - Small Dog/Medium Dog/Large Dog/ 2 Family Dogs) and not Grooming and Training services.
2) Another questions for the Category View is, after I click on a category e.g. Daycare - Small Dog, it shows 9 services/packages. Is there any way for me to arrange the 9 services/packages? I want it to show the services in a way that gives good customer experience.
First row: Camper (single), Explorer (single), Adventurer (single).
Second row: Camper (5 Sessions), Explorer (5 Sessions), Adventurer (5 Sessions).
Third row: Camper (10 Sessions), Explorer (10 Sessions), Adventurer (10 Sessions).
Hello Ian Cheng,
thank you for reaching out; I will be happy to answer your questions!
1) You can pick out the categories shown, absolutely:
2) Yes, you can go to Amelia > Services, and on the list of your services within one category you will see that they go in a certain order, like this:
By hovering your mouse over the three lines in front of the service, you can "grab" it and move it up or down the list - this will change the way that services are organized on your page, accordingly
For the best possible practice, you can try creating [ameliacatalog] for Daycare, and then go into daycare services to rearrange them like I instructed. In this way you will see firsthand how it works, and be able to arrange the layout, as you said, in the most customer friendly way :-)
I hope that you will find the instructions helpful; if you have further questions please let me know!
