I have 2 questions 1. Is it possible to register appointments from e.g. Google calendar and have it visible on Amelia's calendar? 2. Is it possible to use ICal (Calendar of Mac)
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
When you configure Google Calendar, any busy events from the employee's linked calendar will be removed from the employee's working hours, but they will not be visible in Amelia.
At the moment we do not have integration with iCal.
