I have two Custom Post Types on my website I'm creating and am trying to create a WPdatatable for both by "Generate a query to the WordPress database"
For one of them I have no problems, - I find all the Custom Fields under "All post properties" after "Selecting post type"
For the other one, none of the Custom Fields are displayed.
I'm not aware of any differences in the setup of these two posttypes?
Can you think of any possbible reason for this?
Sigfus
Hi Sigfus
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately we don't have a native integration with CPT, and creating custom queries like this is not included in the provided support for the plugin, so we wouldn't be able to help you with that.
If there is anything else we can assist you with please don't hesitate to contact us.
Ok, thanks, I guess I can add the missing fields manually to the SQL query. I was just curious about the different behavior of the two CPTs and was not aware of that CPT/CFs were not generally supported by wpDataTables. Thanks again for the clarification, you can close this ticket now, - best regards, Sigfus
You are most welcome, I wish I could be more helpful.
Please don't hesitate to open a new ticket if there is anything else we can assist you with, we are always happy to help.
Have a wonderful day!
