I am using Amelia to do bookings. I am also using discount coupons. When I wanted to exclude one service from the discount coupon, I realised that all the Amelia bookings go under the same product. I created a second product, but for those bookings, notifications are not sent and my diary doesn't get booked. I assume I missed something somewhere but I can't find anything that could possibly cause it.
Hello Hilda,
I assume you are referring to WooCommerce products, if this is it - Amelia creates one default product in Woo to which all services/events are connected to when WooCommerce is enabled in Amelia. If you connected a service/event in Amelia to another Woo product, please check if it has the same options as the default Woo product (Appointment) created - it needs to have a price , and it should be virtual.
