I couldn't find Amelia on your site (the page where your clients can book an appointment), can you please send me the URL as well?

Did you book the existing appointments from the back-end or they were booked by customers?

As I can see, you use WooCommerce integration as a payment method. I'm not sure what you mean by "an option for the patient to pay inside the platform does not appear", could you please clarify?

Thank you for the clarification.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay for the appointments or extras after they were booked. So, when your customers log in to the Customer panel, they can see their appointments, manage them, but they can't pay for them.

So, these extras can be charged only along with the Appointments (at the moment of booking). There's no way to pay for them separately later.

Unfortunately this is not possible to add more fields on that page at the moment, but we will consider this option for some future updates.
