Did you book the existing appointments from the back-end or they were booked by customers?
As I can see, you use WooCommerce integration as a payment method. I'm not sure what you mean by "an option for the patient to pay inside the platform does not appear", could you please clarify?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay for the appointments or extras after they were booked. So, when your customers log in to the Customer panel, they can see their appointments, manage them, but they can't pay for them.
So, these extras can be charged only along with the Appointments (at the moment of booking). There's no way to pay for them separately later.

HI, im using Amelia plugin and I have problem.
my services have an extras option, that cost money.
If I choose an extra option for service, the extra payment not added to the checkout page, and it showing only the base price.
How can I fix this?
