    Hi,

For  my business, we are 2 parteners working in 2 different locations and having different services to offer with different durations (30 min, 45 min, 60min).

    1. I don't find any option to link an employe with to 2 different locations (we have 2 offices in different cities) and also can't link a specific service to a specific locations. Any option?

Example: Mr.A & Mr.B both work in location X and Mr.A also works in location Z, so I want to link Mr.A with location X an Z. Mr.A offers service 1,2,3 only in location X and service 4 only in location Z. Mr.B doesn't offer services 2,3 but offers service 1,5,6,7 in location X.

    2. Is there any way to show categories or location in the frontend booking panel?

Example: have the option to start the booking by chosing location -> employe -> service or start from service -> location -> employe.

    3. Also, by default all the durations of services are a multiple of 30 minutes, no option to put 45 min/service. Any option?

    Thank you for your help.

OK, so after 30+ of research on the ticket pages I found most of my answers for the questions 1 and 3.

Still waiting for an answer to question 2.

    4. New question : how can I have fixed time slots for specific services? For example I have service A and B that both have a duration of 45 minutes and service C, D that has a duration of 60 minutes. Can I plan a day with several fixed slots of 45 minutes and 60 minutes appointements? Like 9.00-9.45 / 9.45-10.30 / 10.30-11.30 / 11.30-12.30 - lunch break - 14.00-14.45 / 14.45-15.30 / 15.30-16.30 / 16.30-17.30 ...

As it is right now clients can chose whatever time they want and make a mess of the schedule.

Found the answer to my 4th question : I divided my working hours into intervals of 45 minutes (for the services with a 45 minutes durations) and 60 minutes intervals for the 60 min duration. Very manual...but it works.

    Hello Nicolaie

Thank you for your purchase, and for letting us know you were able to resolve questions 1, 3 and 4.

As for question 2 - you can use [ameliacatalog] booking view, which will allow your customers to first select the category, then service, employee and time slots.

Choosing the location is not mandatory, and locations are linked to employees, so once you get to the service selection, if you have more than 1 location, you will be able to select the location, and then employee.

    Kind Regards,

    Aleksandar Vuković
