Please check below there no employee menu showing in backend. So can i add employee. Please take a look Asap.

Thank you for choosing Amelia.
Could you please tell me if you were using Amelia Lite before purchasing the Basic license? Because it looks like Lite version now (which has no Employees menu since there's a limit that allows to use it only for 1 person).
If so, please deactivate/delete it and then upload Amelia Basic.
Once you delete it, please clear the website's cache.
