We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    hi

is there a quick way to show thousands as plan number - remove the thousands separator - period? can this be done with CSS or some generals setting?

6.639,74 should be displayed as 6639,74

    Hi Dave

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, you can't skip thousand separators on float columns. This would require adding a new number format, and it can't be easily done, since it is used in a lot of other segments of the plugin, and simply modifying the number format in the code is not enough. It needs to be added by our developers, so please feel free to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.

this is a very important feature winch we need now for production- is there a special script which can just remove the period from numbers in the table - that should not be difficult to achieve!

    Hi Dave

At the moment this is not possible for float columns, only integer type columns have the option to remove the thousand separator. This might be possible with some custom work but we would not recommend it as it has not been tested and could cause some unexpected issues.

Please take the time to leave your suggestion with us, our developers will certainly take this into consideration for a future update.

If there is anything else we can assist you with please don't hesitate to contact us.
