Please go to Amelia Settings/Labels, and disable Labels settings. There you can change "employee" and "service" labels, so if this is enabled, they will override the language file you have. When you turn off labels settings, the strings from the translation file will be used.
I also noticed that your form is broken.
Please go into Amelia/Customize and click on Reset, and then on Save.
That should resolve the issue with the look of the form on front-end.
I use the booking plug-in in german language, but there are some expression still in english. For example: "employee"
Where can I find the language settings to change it into german?
Regards,
Stephan
