Is there a way to add extras to an event. Example I have a summer camp class as an event and want to add after care for an extra fee, is this possible.

There isn't a possibility of creating Extras for Events with Amelia's current built-in features, unfortunately. Extras can b e created for Services only. Please check out here if there is such feature request and vote for it.
