    Hello

We want to allocate some services only to certain customers.
    How can we do it?

    Hello

Do you have any information about this subject?

    Hi, Cosmin!

I apologize for the delayed response.

As far as I understand, you want some Services to be available for a certain group of customers? Unfortunately, with Amelia's current functionality it's not possible at the moment. There's no such feature that would allow you to limit customers' access to the booking forms.

Probably, it can be achieved with a workaround: You can create a special Category with Services available only for these certain customers. After that, you can add Amelia calendar with only these Services on a separate page and let only this group of customers access it with some other plugin.

Also, we are always looking for ideas on how to make Amelia better. So if you have a couple of minutes, please suggest this feature on our website. The most requested features will be implemented in the coming updates.

    Best Regards.

    Hi Liza

    Great idea!

I have only one question: "After that, you can add Amelia calendar with only these Services on a separate page and let only this group of customers access it with some other plugin"

    What plugin do you recommend?

    Thank you for your help!

    Hi, Cosmin!

Hope this solution will work for you.

You can try using Memberpress as a membership plugin. Memberpress has an addon to link your membership levels to any WordPress user role. So you can link your levels to the Amelia Customer user role. So each time a member sign up, also assigns the member to Amelia Customer. During the first appointment, all fields are grayed out since Amelia recognizes them as an existing customer.

You can use some other membership plugins as well, but we didn't test them yet, so we can't be sure they will work with Amelia flawlessly.

We would be glad to answer any other questions you may have.

    Best Regards.
