We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I reached out to wordpress. Below is the chat message from me to them.
"Hi, I am having a problem with the Amelia plug in being very sluggish and non responsive. The developer ask if Wordpress could pull a server report that would show any errors when Amelia is being used. Can you assist with this?
Hello there
Let me take a moment to read your question.
Let's have a look and see if anything comes up there.
I'm not getting any fatal errors but I am seeing warnings. Let me paste a few (as they duplicate a lot) in case it helps.
PHP Warning: PDOStatement::execute(): MySQL server has gone away in ameliabooking/src/Infrastructure/Repository/Booking/Appointment/AppointmentRepository.php on line 798
PHP Warning: PDOStatement::execute(): MySQL server has gone away in ameliabooking/src/Infrastructure/Repository/Booking/Appointment/AppointmentRepository.php on line 558
PHP Warning: file_get_contents(https://maxspetmarketandsalon.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpamelia_api&call=/notifications/scheduled/send): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1
PHP Warning: PDO::query(): Error reading result set's header in ameliabooking/src/Infrastructure/Repository/Bookable/Service/ServiceRepository.php on line 111
I think those are the key ones there.
