We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi, Luca!

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

As far as I understand, the error appeared when you installed the full Amelia version?

If you installed Amelia Lite before purchasing the license, the Lite version needs to be deactivated/deleted, and the full version installed to be able to activate the license and use all features of the plugin.

    Please follow the instructions below:

    1. Deactivate/delete the free Lite version that you have previously used (all your settings and data will remain intact, so do not worry about that)
    2. Locate the downloaded ZIP file with the plugin (the download is available immediately in the browser after you finish the checkout and in the emails sent upon purchase). If you didn’t download the file yet, go to our store, login with the credentials that you’ve received via e-mail when you purchased the plugin, navigate to Purchases/Amelia and download it from there,
    3. Access Plugins section in your Dashboard,
    4. Click on “Add New” in the top left,
    5. A new window will appear, and you’ll see “Upload Plugin” – again in the top left,
    6. Click on “Choose File” and select the previously downloaded ameliabooking.zip file,
    7. Click on “Install Now”, and the plugin will automatically be installed.

You will be presented with a notice that the plugin was successfully installed, and you can click on “Activate” in that same window to activate the plugin. Of course, you can simply navigate to the Plugins section in your Dashboard, and activate Amelia from the list.

    Hope that will help.

    Best Regards.
