I followed the steps to configure the 2-ways sync with Google Calendar. It worked fine as I managed to connect my Google Calendar to Amelia. Yet, I don't see any of the appointments I created in Wordpress in my Google Calendar, and I don't see any of my personal appointments in Wordpress.
Is there a final step that I've missed? Many thanks, Noémie
Could you please tell me have you connected your employees to their Google calendars? When you finish setting this up in Amelia -> Settings, you should go to Amelia -> Employees and open/edit the employee there and you will see an option to connect them to their Google calendars.
When you connect the employees to their Google calendars, the booked appointments from Amelia will be created in their Google calendars as well and the time slots of the Busy events in Google will be blocked for booking in Amelia (if the option Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots in Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations -> Google Calendar Settings is enabled). So, the events from Google won't be created in Amelia, just the times of Busy events there can be blocked for booking in Amelia.
Thank you. Actually it's simply that there was a 24h delay before the sync was operational. Now I can see the events I created in Amelia in my Google agenda.

HI Marija,
Thank you. Actually it's simply that there was a 24h delay before the sync was operational. Now I can see the events I created in Amelia in my Google agenda.
Thank you.
