We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I would like to make a table interactive for my users. I'd like to allow my users to input names that have associated values and for the table to calculate the values. This is shown in the attached screenshot. The values would be preferably stored in a google sheet. I am unsure if the plugin has this type of functionality and would like some assistance.
Hello Jordan
Thank you for your purchase, and sorry for the late response.
If I understood correctly, these float values from the screenshot would not be changed by the users, and they would only need to fill these boxes shown in the screenshot?
If that is correct, it's partially doable with the plugin. Our modal is not changeable, so when you disable editing for the float columns, they would not appear in the modal, and it could be confusing for the users what needs to be entered in which field. The column headers would help, but I don't know if you would be alright with this approach.
Storing data in Google Spreadsheet is currently not possible, since tables created from Google Spreadsheets are not editable, and you would not be able to do this. Editing is only possible for manual, imported and SQL query based tables.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
