Could you please tell me on what exactly are you referring to with the auto-reply? If you are referring to the email notification sent to the customer - customers can see the times in their own timezone if you enable that option in Amelia -> Settings -> General. So please check if it could be the case that the customer is in another timezone , or their local machine / browser is .
