I have an urgent matter, that need to be solved as soon as possible.
On of my costumers have booked a package, payed, but this time he is not able to make appointments with me. The booking is complete via woocommerce but it is not shown in the finances-overview of Amelia. The costumer has the package but is not able to book appointments. It shows an error, that the bookings are not available when he chooses a time. He has previously booked other packages and it worked fine (as with all the other costumers).
Now I have two challenges: I can not book manually for the costumer (with his package) from the backend, because the function does not exist. I do not want to book additional appointments without using the package manually, because I cannot change the amount of appointments in his package ... there is no function for that.
I also can not delete the package from his account and just "buy" a new package for him, because also this function does not exist.
These are very big issues with the packages-function. I really understand, that it is normal to have bugs in new functions. But I really think, that it would be very necessary to give more functions to the backend for cases like this.
Could you please tell me is it the case that they have not booked any appointments while booking/buying the package? if this is the case, there is a bug with this and it will be fixed in the next update of Amelia. Sorry for any inconveniences this have caused.

I tried something in a test environment: I deleted the line out of the database .. worked. Than I booked another package with his account. But it hasn't changed the situation, that he cannot use the package properly.
Can you tell me, when I can expact the next update? I really need a solution for my costumer.
Could you please tell me is the package that you buy for this customer with no appointments booked at all? You don't book appointments, you just purchase the package? Then it is the issue I mentioned and it will be fixed in the next update. I can't say for sure when it will be, but I will ask our developers, if it is possible, to give me the modified files so you could fix it on your website, before the update.
If this is not the case - if they book some appointments while booking the package and oyu have that issue please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
