In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I am using Amelia for booking and S3MediaVault (from Digital Access Pass / Wicked Cool Plugins) to protect and display all of my video content in my courses. There is a conflict generated by Amelia. I already tested by turning plugins on and off and discovered this is the conflict. I disable Amelia Plugin and S3MediaVault works. I enable Amelia Plugin and S3Media Valut stops displaying.
I asked the supplier from S3MediaVault to look into it, and it appears WP Amelia is still running much older version of the Guzzle PHP library (which is part of the AWS SDK). i am told to ask you what version of the AWS SDK you are using and if you could update it.
Please advise.
Alternately I can offer you login creds to my site and CPANEL so that you can properly diagnose the issue. Both Amelia and S3MediaVault are important to me as I am sure they are important to many users.
