We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi!

Seems like this is a very nice plugin, but unsure that it will work in my case.

I have an event venue that I rent out by the hour.  But the hourly rates changed based upon the day of the week (weekends are more $$$)

Would amelia work for my needs?    Would the basic version work for my needs?

    Thank you!

    Hi Philip,

thank you for taking interest in Amelia!

    This can work, sure:
You can create a Service that will show rent times, and rent fees, during workdays. And, then you can create a separate Service that will show rent times and fees for the weekends.

You can name these Services the same way, and set up same employees.

If you have differences between the fees during work days, this also works as well (for example, a service that will charge rent on Mondays and Tuesdays, and one that will charge a different price for Thursdays and Fridays).

You can mix and match these up to suit your business model in the most efficient way.

    Yes, Basic can make this.

If you are in need of Service Packages (multiple services offered in a package that can be discounted to attract clients) in the future, you would need a Pro version.
