I thought I was getting somewhere setting this up for my client. The only way this plugin can work for her needs is to use the [ameliacatalog] shortcode. However it simply doesn't load on mobile devices, it just shows the loading circle but never actually loads.
Can this please be looking into quite urgently?

We can't reproduce the issue - we accessed your website on mobile phones and it works properly, please look at the attachment. Could you please let us know if you have the same issue on our demo sites https://wpamelia.com/demos/ if you access it on your phone? If yes, could you tell us what device do you use and what browser?
Thank you. I am not sure what happened but it's sorted itself out.
On another note I am awaiting a response for this ticket from 2 days ago.... My client is not impressed "Catelog View not displaying correctly" (#2707575) / TMS-Plugins (ticksy.com) This is not the mobile version but desktop view on another website. I'm not sure what's happened but the catalog view is not layed out properly.... Can you please advise me on this? I am desperately needing a response asap on this one
