    Hello.

    I've been recently trying to deal with some conflicts between our buyer experience and the plugin features. We offer language classes in our website. But here are our issues:

    1. Many of our clients want to buy a pack of classes but they don't book their first class in the same moment, and the plugin force you to book your first class at the moment of the purchase. The way I thought we could solve this problem, is to create a coupon code assigned to a specific customer and a specific package, and send it to the customer when they make us the payment, to let them make the booking in our website when they want. But neither creating a personal coupon code or the use coupons for packages are available on the plugin built-in features. I think this is very necessary to make possible in next updates. I've read that coupons for packages is being requested for many users. Could you estimate when is this feature going to be implemented? What about coupons only available for a specific user?

    2. Another option I tried to develop was to add manually those customer purchases from backend. But I noticed that I cannot manage packages from backend. I would want to be able to add a package to a customer, manually from backend, and let the customers access to their personal area to book their classes when they want. Also it would be very useful to be able to check how many appointments has the customer available, to send them a follow up email when they have classes remaining.

    3. In a less important level, I checked the option that let the customers reschedule their classes. But if one class (appointment) is already "Approved" and the user changes the date/time, it should change the status again to "Pending", so the team has the possibility to check the availability and confirm the appointment. By the moment, the class still remains "Approved" and this can cause several problems to both customers and employees.

    Is there a way to ask this to developers and know an estimated date to have this implemented? Can we alternatively access the plugin code and change this features?

    Sorry for the long ticket, but I think is important to understand the specific situation to help me.

    Hello Calmo Agency,

    1. That feature isn't planned for now, so we can't say when it could be implemented and released, unfortunately. It was requested couple of times, but there are many feature requests with many more votes/requests from our users. Please check out here if there is such request and vote for it, or suggest it if there isn't one. 

    2. Packages can be booked only on the front-end for now, unfortunately. This is in our to-do list but we can't say when it could be implemented. Please suggest it as a feature request as well on the aforementioned link.

    3. There isn't a possibility for that with the current built-in features, unfortunately. This as well can be suggested on the link aforementioned, or vote for such request if there is one in the list. 

    We have many feature requests and the most requested ones are in the top of the list. These can be considered for implementation in the future, if they are requested more often by our users they can be considered sooner, but for now since they are not planned I can't say if and when they could be implementedn, unfortunately.

    Regarding customization, we can't help out with that as that isn't covered by our support. The source code isn't available in the public version of the plugin, but you can check yourself if you can modify it and how to achieve what you need.
