Creating a service without calendar booking

Hi! My business offers a few services. Most of these services require a booking calendar, so we love Amelia! However, we have a service that DOES NOT require a calendar booking... It is a service that the employee can do whenever they have time, so we don't need an appointment for this service. But we still want to use Amelia's payment gateway and backend system. Is there a way to set up a service without a calendar booking through Amelia? Thanks!

    Hi James,

    Thank you for your purchase.

Glad to see you love Amelia, thank you!

You can create a service in Amelia that won't be seen on the front-end, if that could help your use case, you just need to disable the option Show service on site that you will see in the service modal when you create/edit it. So you will be able to book this service in the back-end but not on the front-end. But please note that you can't use the online payment methods in Amelia (PayPal, Stripe) in the back-end bookings, unfortunately, these can be used only in the front-end booking process.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
