We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I'm trying to set the width of a column in Column Settings > Column Width. It worked the first time I set it, but now it just fails silently. My value is not saved.
So I tried setting this value directly in the database:
Turns out the 'width' column is only 4 characters long. PLEASE FIX THIS BUG
Hi John,
Thank you for your purchase
Sorry for the delay in our responses, has been national holidays in our country for the last few days.
Well, it is not a bug. I will try to explain.
If you check out the information tooltip over this option you will find this. (attachment)
"Input width for column( in percents with % or pixels without px). Leave a blank if you want to leave auto width."
This means that you don't need to use px only the value. Same thing with saving that value in the database over the query.
So VARCHAR(4) is more than enough for this option.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

Dude. If it FAILS SILENTLY, it's a bug.
Thank you for reporting this, John
The issue has been reported and forwarded to our development team, so they can take a look at it, and make sure it doesn't happen in the future.
Until then, just make sure not to enter "px" in the column width field, since it won't be accepted. To change the width of a column, you only need to enter the number, and it will be applied in px.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
